The Facebook page has been an essential tool in the dissemination of Catarina's situation, in the contact with those who want to help and also in the release of photos, videos and events to support this cause.

Not being in everyone's reach to help financially, we urge you to follow the page and share our publications with your friends so we can reach even more people.

It is our concern, not to let your contacts unanswered but sometimes it takes a bit longer before we do, given the large volume of messages. We thank everybody who have left a support message!

In order to make communication more efficient, we would like to ask you to send private messages only for information requests and to write your support messages directly on the page wall, instead.

Solidary Jumps

Similarly to what happened with the viral "ice bucket" challenge, athletes and coaches from various sports were summoned to make a jump video to express their solidarity with this cause while associating their donation, most of the times.

We thank everyone who has taken part in the initiative, so far, and encourage you to keep nominating people so that it does not lose its strength. This has also been a remarkable promotion vehicle!

If you are outside Portugal, nominate your friends, your team, your coach, your club, your federation, in order to grow international awareness around this cause.
